3.CHARACTERISTIC
Solid tires are manufactured at Nha May Z175 according to the most modern production line.
6.50-10 solid tires are often installed on the front wheels of 1.5 ton forklifts and 1.8 ton forklifts. Rear wheel (steering wheel) 3 ton forklift, 3.3 ton forklift and 3.5 ton fork lift.
High quality rubber tires are temperature resistant, abrasion resistant and puncture resistant on the entire tread.
The tread grooves are designed to be deep and sturdy, helping to provide stability during travel and increase efficiency in terms of surface and tire life.
4. QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS
The process of testing and checking the quality of finished tires is divided into 2 stages: Testing at the testing room and testing on actual terrain. Tire products are tested for technical criteria according to TCVN 1354:2011 and QCVN 34:2011/BGTVT. After inspection and evaluation at the satisfactory testing laboratory, an actual test will be performed to evaluate the quality of the tire when used. Therefore, tire quality is always guaranteed before being released to the market.
