3. STANDARDS, TECHNOLOGY
The production process is strictly controlled by the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System, from input materials to finished products. In addition, Z175 Factory also has a quality control room with a team of experienced staff as well as modern, precise testing equipment to serve the inspection, testing, and quality control work at each production stage. The testing and quality control process of finished tires is divided into 2 stages: Testing in the testing room and testing on actual terrain. Tire products are tested for technical specifications according to TCVN/QS 804:2011 and QCVN 34:2011/BGTVT. After testing and evaluating in the testing room, if they meet the requirements, actual testing will be performed to evaluate the tire quality when used. Therefore, tire quality is always guaranteed before being released to the market.
