Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Senior Colonel Phan Chien Thang – Director of the Company warmly praised officers, employees and soldiers for their solidarity and creativity in implementing the Kaizen program – 5S contributes to excellently completing the assigned tasks in 2021, gradually improving the position, prestige and image of the Factory to new heights, and also requires the departments to note a number of contents for the meeting. Total cleaning achieves the highest efficiency.

Overview of the launching ceremony

Immediately after the launching ceremony of the departments, the workshop organized to perform 5S general cleaning in the assigned areas. After 1 day of performing 5S general cleaning with the efforts and responsibility of all officers, employees and soldiers, by 4pm on the same day, all departments had completed the job.

The Company’s 5S Steering Committee has established inspection teams to evaluate and score the completion of each department and hold meetings to select collectives and individuals with excellent achievements. Right after that, the Company held a closing ceremony and awarded prizes to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in implementation.

Maintaining the implementation of 5S hygiene has made an important contribution to the Company continuing to do well in the effective prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic, contributing to the completion of production and business tasks in 2022.
