Tiếng ViệtThe Z175 Women’s Union has a total number of 210 members, accounting for nearly 40% of total employees of the factory. Officers and members are working in all fields, taking on many different tasks… all women try to complete all assigned tasks, contributing to the overall development of the unit. On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Women’s Union, the factory’s leaders and commanders paid attention to organizing activities to arouse the pride of staffs and members about their positions, roles and contributions of women in the construction and development of the unit in particular and the development of the defense industry in general. They also created conditions for the Women’s Union to organize a program to visit and take photos of traditional Ao Dai; organize volleyball exchanges with the Z175 neighborhood association (locally stationed unit); organized giving gifts to members with extremely difficult circumstances… with a total amount of more than 100 million VND. This is a meaningful activity that shows the concern of the leaders and commanders of the unit in taking care of the spiritual life of officials and employees, especially women.
Through the activities, it has propagated and honored the good traditions of women, created a joyful and excited atmosphere, strengthened the spirit of solidarity, promoted and encouraged the spirit of employees and members to be enthusiastic emulation of labor and production, contributing to the excellent completion of the unit’s 2020 plan tasks.
