In the first quarter of 2020, 75 Rubber Co., Ltd (Z175 Factory) deployed to perform production tasks in the context of mixed advantages and challenges, especially the ongoing Covid-19 epidemic extremely complicated, there is no downward trend, directly affecting to the production and business of the unit. However, with the drastic leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the factory commander, the solidarity, unity and unanimity of officials and employees, the factory has maintained stable development. Production and business results in the first quarter of 2020 reached over 30% of the year plan; ensuring job stability and improve incomes for employees.
Implementing the Directives and Resolutions of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Prime Minister, the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the Head of the General Department of Military Industries and Manufacture on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, the factory timely established a Steering Committee led by Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Chien Thang- Factory Director as the head of the Steering Committee; proactively taking many resolute measures in epidemic prevention and control, such as: Maintaining the implementation of propaganda in various forms, checking the body temperature of staffs, employees and customers entering and exiting the Factory, disinfecting and spraying epidemic prevention drugs; provide active masks for officials and employees; equipped with hand sanitizer solution for departments and workshops; regularly clean floors, toilet door handles, meeting rooms and working rooms with disinfectants; timely requesting officials and employees to declare the moving process; limiting mass meetings; changing the form of shift meals; production organization to ensure a minimum distance of 2m…, the factory has actively controlled and prevented the disease from spreading into the unit so far.
Along with the implementation of measures to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic for employees, the factory has maintained production according to the plan in accordance with actual conditions, ensuring absolute safety. Currently, the factory is focusing on organizing the production of assigned defense products and contracted economic products. In particular, it highly concentrated on producing undersea oil-insulating pipe coating products for Vietsopevtro; organizing scientific and flexible production management to ensure that the working positions are at least 2m apart… Although there are many difficulties in the production process; operations, coordination between production stages and stages are limited, the factory staffs and employees always show high determination to overcome all difficulties to ensure absolute safety and productivity and quality and progress as planned.
Promoting the 52-year achievements of the factory’s construction and development, all staffs and employees are determined to overcome all difficulties and work together to perform well the “dual task” of both preventing and controlling the Covid-19 epidemic while stably maintaining production and business development, contributing to successfully completing production and business tasks in the first 6 months of 2020 and setting the highest achievement to welcome the 18th Party Congress, term of 2020-2025.
